Business Development Representative (BDR)

About You

Join Coverflex as one of our first BDR as we expand our sales team with a unique role for the Italian market! We're in search of a top hunter BDR who is not only a master in both prospecting and engagement but also thrives in a high-activity environment. This is your chance to contribute significantly to our growth, leveraging your sales expertise and exceptional relationship management skills.

Must haves:

  • You are able to conduct exploratory lead research and transform that lead into a concrete opportunity.

  • You're not afraid of hearing No from a lead.

  • You’re always finding a new way to open a window if the main door has been closed.

  • You have an iterative and curious mindset and an interpreneurial approach: you don’t look at the problem but already bring the solution!

  • You are a go-getter and self-driven when it comes to improving things.

  • You believe good enough is better than perfect, you know where to invest your time, and you are focused on outcomes and impact, not on processes and perfection.

  • Fluent Italian (C2 or equivalent) and fluent English (internally, we communicate exclusively in English);

  • Hubspot experience is a plus (but good CRM use is a must!);

Nice to haves:

  • You've worked as a top performer SDR/BDR in sales within the tech industry and HR or Finance ICPs.

  • You have a sales ability & drive to reach out to SMB companies in different ways and make them win customers.

  • Benefits market experience is a great plus.

The Role

As an BDR, your role will be related to creating new opportunities and deals via prospection channels.

Main responsibilities:

  • Try to generate meetings and opportunities for our Account Executives via cold-calling and other prospecting channels, bust mostly via phone-calls 

  • Inject information and keep our CRM (Hubspot) clean.

  • Align with the sales and growth team about the ICP’s and prospects we should reach out to: databases, events, tools, methodologies.

  • Try to reactivate dormant or non-active deals.

  • Through analysis, make sure we understand the reasons behind closed-lost leads and create a feedback loop between the growth and sales teams.

  • Your target will be based on volume of activities (input) and demo booked and revenue generated (output) 

Salary range

For this position, the On-Target Earnings (OTE) range from €30,000 to €40,000, with a fixed-to-variable ratio of 70/30. Additional benefits include welfare, meal allowance, and other perks.
