Franchise Operations Manager

About the role

The Franchise Operations & Marketing Manager is the backbone of our franchise strategy. This role is responsible for overseeing franchise data, developing and managing initiatives with partners, building brand playbooks, and assisting at tradeshows. It’s a highly cross-functional position that will work closely with sales, marketing, revops, implementation, and CS to ensure we are engaging with qualified prospects and creating a great experience for them at DailyPay.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, energetic, and self-starting, thriving in a fast-paced environment. This position will include travel as necessary to manage the business.

How you will make an impact

  • Own and manage strategic initiatives with franchise and association partnerships including marketing opportunities, webinars, events, etc.

  • Analyze and review performance of lead generation and sales into designated brands, including financial analysis

  • Build and manage playbooks for target brands, keeping accurate records of TMS and payroll systems by brand, and monitoring transitions to communicate to GTM and CS teams

  • Own creation and management of brand-specific cadences, utilizing up-to-date intel

  • Manage and track performance of cadences in Salesloft; leverage AI to streamline enablement with Franchise BDRs and AEs

  • Partner closely with RevOps to ensure accurate reports tracking brand penetration and conversion

  • Build a network of franchise brand referrals using tools like Deeto

  • Partner with marketing to ensure GTM teams have necessary assets and content for target brands (one sheets, press releases, customer testimonials)

  • Systematically build an asset library for all target brands

  • Collaborate with franchise brand managers and the DailyPay events team to execute events and marketing initiatives

  • Help manage strategic initiatives with franchise associations and channel partners, including sales training, joint-press campaigns, case studies, and webinars

  • Manage and track marketing deliverables, reporting on progress, campaign, and event results

  • Attend events and conferences as necessary to represent the company

What you bring to the team

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications, or equivalent experience

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or strategic partnerships (franchise experience a bonus)

  • Familiarity with franchise systems

  • Strong project management skills with superb attention to detail

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners

  • Proven history of managing multiple projects on tight deadlines and driving meaningful results

  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and techniques for selling complex solutions; HCM/payroll knowledge is a plus

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Canva, and Adobe

  • Knowledge of HCM/payroll
