 About the opportunity:

As an Inbound Sales Executive at Drip US you will be helping online businesses globally to improve their marketing strategies. Working from our hub in US (or remote), you will collaborate with our other passionate employees and partner closely with our Director of Sales to develop and implement strategies

What You’ve Done:

  • Managed the flow of incoming leads, to qualify leads during calls, and to carry out excellent product demos. As a Sales Executive, your role is also to close deals, composing and sending proposals.

  • Effectively managed a pipeline of opportunity to ensure regular contact and maximize your conversion rates.

  • Reach and exceed key performance indicators including calls scheduled, calls completed, demos and qualified opportunities.

  • Maintained an organized pipeline and activity records using HubSpot.

  • Partnering to develop, implement and execute strategies.

  • Identified and qualified potential new customers through outbound prospecting and networking

Who You Are:

  • Ready to work at our Drip US office, located in Minneapolis, MN (or remote)

  • Have relevant sales experience. SaaS experience is preferred but not required

  • Self disciplined, organized and ambitious. Able to consistently achieve daily and monthly goals

  • Go-getter attitude that displays initiative and persistence, all with a innovative mindset

  • Positive and creative attitude with professional communication skills, written and verbal

  • Ability to work in a collaborative, high-energy sales-team environment

  • Experience in Inbound Sales and/or Account Executive or recent industry experience in a comparable Sales position

  • Proven ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of the full sales cycle utilizing your strong communication skills

  • Excellent spoken and written skills in English

The Interview Process:

  • Apply, nice to meet you!

  • Recruiter Screen - 30 min

  • Hiring Manager Screen - 30 min

  • Team Interview - 1.5 hours to meet with the Drip team

  • Team Debrief, we will meet to discuss openly about our conversations and share feedback for the hiring managers final decision. Regardless of outcome, every candidate will get an update from Drip on their interview status quickly.

  • Offer, we will call the candidate that we hope will be the next Dripster hire!
