
Operations Manager โ Fast-Growing E-commerce (Remote)

We're now looking for someone who can become the operational backbone of the company โ bringing structure, organization, and executional excellence across all teams.
Your mission will be to help build the internal engine that takes us from 100,000+ customers to millions worldwide.
Your Mission
Your role is to build, maintain, and optimize the operational backbone of our e-commerce brand.
You will ensure the business runs without friction, the team executes at a high standard, and the CEO can focus on growth and product/marketing.
This includes:
Stock & Supply Chain Management
Oversee inventory levels across multiple warehouses
Create a structured forecasting system for stock planning
Track restocks, POs, production updates, and delivery timelines
Build dashboards for inventory, sales, and SKU performance
Data & Performance Reporting
Analyze sales, trends, and product performance
Build weekly/monthly dashboards
Extract insights and recommend actions
Identify weak points and opportunities
Team Accountability & Quality Control
Verify that every team member completes tasks on time and at a high standard
Review work from customer support, media buying, and operations partners
Ensure processes are followed consistently
Give clear feedback and follow up until completion
SOPs & Process Optimization
Create, improve, and maintain SOPs across the entire company
Implement clean, scalable workflows
Automate repetitive tasks using Google Sheets, Zapier, AI tools, etc.
Standardize how the team works for maximum efficiency
Build automated workflows (e.g., task assignments, approval processes, notifications)
Project Management (A to Z)
Own operational projects from start to finish
Structure timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities
Coordinate all teams involved (product, design, fulfillment, support, marketing)
Ensure every launch is delivered on time and error-free
Admin & Organizational Support
Handle basic administrative tasks
Own the hiring and onboarding process for new positions
Maintain internal documentation, calendars, and systems
Bring constant clarity and structure to the CEO's workflow

What We're Looking For
Be honest with yourself. This role is NOT for everyone. We need someone who:
Solves problems independently. Before asking a question, you've already Googled it, checked documentation, and tried 2-3 solutions. You come with answers, not just problems.
Communicates with precision. Your messages are structured, scannable, and get straight to the point. No walls of text. You use bullet points, clear headers, and action items.
Lives in project management tools. Asana (or similar) is your second brain. Every task is tracked, broken down, and visible. You don't need reminders โ you ARE the reminder.
Thinks in systems and automation. When you do something twice, you're already thinking about how to automate it. Zapier, Google Sheets formulas, AI tools โ you use them naturally.
Loves numbers and data. Spreadsheets excite you. You build dashboards for fun. You make decisions based on data, not gut feeling.
Takes full ownership. You don't wait to be told what to do. You see what needs to happen and you make it happen. When something goes wrong, you fix it first, then report.
Sets the standard for organization. You are ultra-organized and will become the company's reference for how to stay structured, communicate clearly, and work efficiently. You lead by example โ the team looks at you as the model to follow.
Required Skills
Expert-level Google Sheets / Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards)
Strong experience with Asana (or similar PM tools)
Automation skills โ Zapier, Make, or similar tools
Experience building SOPs and processes
Experience with AI basics
Experience managing teams and hiring (assigning tasks, giving feedback, conducting interviews, onboarding)
Bonus (Not Required)
Experience with E-commerce
Background in supply chain or inventory management
