Account Manager(WFH-Remote) at Fraser Public Schools

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Account Manager to maintain strong client relationships and ensure the successful delivery of our products/services. As a key point of contact for assigned clients, the Account Manager will work from home, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet client needs, identify growth opportunities, and drive long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communication and support.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

  • Understand client goals, challenges, and industry trends to proactively recommend solutions.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., sales, marketing, product, customer success) to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.

  • Prepare and deliver reports on account status, project progress, and performance metrics.

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.

  • Resolve client issues and concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Monitor client satisfaction and work to ensure a high Net Promoter Score (NPS).

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry developments, and remote communication best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or similar role.

  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

  • Proficiency with CRM software and remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Trello, etc.).

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in [industry-specific] account management (e.g., SaaS, digital marketing, e-commerce, B2B, etc.).

  • Familiarity with KPIs and client performance tracking.

  • Prior experience in customer success or project management is a plus.
