
Sales Development Representative (Polish Market)

Key Responsibilities:
proactively engage with potential clients via cold calls, cold emails, Linkedin and industry website
qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule appointments for Business Development Executives
maintain and update the CRM system with detailed and accurate records of outreach efforts (HubSpot)
respond to customer enquiries via phone, chat, and email, ensuring timely and professional interactions
advise clients on best practices in email marketing and marketing automation, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs
collaborate with marketing on campaigns to optimize lead generation strategies
provide insights on lead quality and contribute to refining the sales process
stay updated on market trends, competition, and industry developments
You may be the perfect fit if you have:
1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS industry
ability to manage time effectively, and meet targets
strong communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive approach
a collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
enthusiasm for technology and a passion for helping businesses succeed
fluency in English and Polish (min. C1)
enthusiasm for selling

experience with CRM (HubSpot)
Salary range:
Contract of employment: 6 000 – 7 000 PLN gross/month + 3 500 PLN commission paid upon reaching goals
