Sales Development Representative (Polish Market)

Key Responsibilities:

  • proactively engage with potential clients via cold calls, cold emails, Linkedin and industry website

  • qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule appointments for Business Development Executives

  • maintain and update the CRM system with detailed and accurate records of outreach efforts (HubSpot)

  • respond to customer enquiries via phone, chat, and email, ensuring timely and professional interactions

  • advise clients on best practices in email marketing and marketing automation, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs

  • collaborate with marketing on campaigns to optimize lead generation strategies

  • provide insights on lead quality and contribute to refining the sales process

  • stay updated on market trends, competition, and industry developments

You may be the perfect fit if you have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS industry

  • ability to manage time effectively, and meet targets

  • strong communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive approach

  • a collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

  • enthusiasm for technology and a passion for helping businesses succeed

  • fluency in English and Polish (min. C1)

  • enthusiasm for selling

Nice-to-have experience:

  • experience with CRM (HubSpot)

Salary range:

  • Contract of employment: 6 000 – 7 000 PLN gross/month + 3 500 PLN commission paid upon reaching goals
