At Growthub, our Creative Strategists are the brains behind the high-performing ads you can’t help but click. You’ll take research and brand strategy, mix in a bit of creative genius, and produce ads that look organic, feel authentic, and deliver serious results.
What You’ll Do
Think like a creator, act like a strategist — develop video and static ad concepts with a direct-response mindset that drives real performance
Keep things moving — plan out production steps so your team knows exactly what’s next (and hits every deadline)
Bring the ideas — create 8–16 video concepts per client each month, each with 3 unique hooks that make people stop, watch, and buy
Mix it up — craft static ad concepts and smart iterations when video isn’t the only play
Team up — work closely with Creator Coordinators and Editors to make sure every ad hits that sweet spot between creativity and performance
Analyze & optimize — use Business Manager metrics to see what’s working, then make it work even better
Stay inspired — research new creative trends monthly and pitch bold, new ideas to clients
Communicate like a pro — keep clients in the loop via Slack and calls when needed, no ghosting here 👻
What You’ll Need
Proven experience as a Creative Strategist, ideally in eCommerce and performance marketing (bonus points for agency experience)
A solid grasp of Meta ad formats and what makes them perform
Killer storytelling and copywriting skills, especially for short-form, high-converting content
A brain that balances creativity and strategy — you love making things that both look good and sell hard
Comfort using Notion, Slack, and other project management tools
A curious, growth-minded attitude — always learning, always testing, always leveling up 🚀
How We’ll Measure Success (KPIs)
Concept Output: Consistently deliver all assigned ad concepts and iterations within agreed timelines
Creative Quality: Maintain a 20%+ success rate on client KPIs (ROAS, CPA, Ad Spend)
Delivery: Stay on schedule, every time
Efficiency: Keep reshoots and revisions under 5%
Collaboration: Get positive feedback from teammates and creators
Client Updates: Keep the communication rolling between clients and the team — no surprises, just progress
