About the Role
We’re looking for driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join high-growth SaaS, MarTech, and EdTech companies. As an SDR, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving new business by identifying prospects, generating qualified leads, and booking meetings for Account Executives. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced, tech-driven environments and want to build a career in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Research target accounts within SaaS, MarTech, and EdTech industries.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure strong pipeline development.
Book discovery calls and product demos for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Collaborate with Account Executives to strategise outreach and improve conversion rates.

Requirements
1-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting roles.
Prior experience in SaaS, MarTech, or EdTech.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar).
Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable with outbound sales activities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
