
Account Executive - Europe (m/f/d)
We’re Journee - The Human AI Company. We create natural interactions and lifelike digital experiences for brands, products, and people. Founded in 2020, our in-house low-latency streaming technology and GPU fleet orchestration systems are the engines behind our award-winning work with brands such as BMW, H&M, and Siemens.
We’re looking for a driven Account Executive to help us expand our European client base. In this role, you’ll introduce leading brands and enterprises to Journee’s Human AI solutions, helping them transform customer engagement, boost satisfaction, and drive measurable growth through conversational AI experiences.
What You’ll Do:
Prospect, pitch, and close new business with European enterprises and customer experience leaders across a variety of industries.
Build and nurture relationships with strategic partners to unlock new revenue channels and accelerate enterprise adoption through co-selling and aligned go-to-market initiatives.
Educate clients on how Journee’s Conversational AI Agents enhance sales, service, and retention by delivering 24/7 lifelike customer interactions
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, strategy, and marketing teams to tailor solutions for each client’s customer journey and business goals.
Manage and grow a healthy sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly revenue targets.
Represent Journee at industry events, client demos, and innovation workshops - positioning our Human AI technology as a game changer for CX and digital transformation.
Who You Are:
5+ years of proven sales experience in AI, SaaS, or CX.
Track record of consistently over-achieving on quota year in year out.
Passionate about how AI is redefining customer experience, sales, and service.
A strong communicator and storyteller, confident engaging with both creative and technical stakeholders.
Highly organized and proactive - comfortable driving a full sales cycle from prospecting to close in a fast-moving environment.
Based in Europe and fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage.
