What you will do
Develop sophisticated GTM frameworks that translate our brand identity into a clear, high visibility narrative recognised by both technology platforms and our core audience
Oversight of a large global marketing budget, ensuring each investment is meticulously optimised to drive measurable agency growth and commercial returns
Master the nuances between the US and UK markets to ensure a localised approach drives accelerated US growth while maintaining a unified global identity
In partnership with Client Experience, build a marketing framework to nurture expansion opportunities within our current accounts
Ensure existing clients are the first to experience our latest innovations and thought leadership
Turn our most successful client partnerships into high authority content, case studies, and event opportunities
Lead ongoing brand deployment to ensure every employee lives and breathes the agency ethos
Ensure the growth strategy and agency wins are proactively communicated internally to maintain high levels of team commitment and clarity
Partner with the People team to translate our brand into a compelling narrative for the talent market
Manage the marketing funnel for recruitment, ensuring Journey Further is the most admired destination for specialists in the UK and US
Mentor and develop a high performing team of five, ensuring their growth is kept top of mind through feedback and clear career pathways
Leverage HubSpot and Google Analytics to provide the Executive team with transparent insights that inform the next strategic move
Collaborate with our internal specialists to extract meaningful POVs that turn their expertise into valuable thought leadership
Requirements
Proven experience in a senior marketing role where you have balanced commercial growth targets with brand-building and internal engagement
A deep understanding of the cultural and commercial nuances between the UK and US markets to drive localised growth
Demonstrated ability to command and optimise large scale global marketing budgets, treating every investment as a strategic lever for company value
Proficiency in leveraging HubSpot and Google Analytics to provide the Executive team with transparent, actionable insights
A technical understanding of how brands are interpreted by both human audiences and search algorithms to drive intentional growth
Experience leading high-visibility projects within a fast-paced agency environment against tight deadlines
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to navigate complex landscapes and influence Sales, Client Experience, and People teams
Proven track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams
You have the ability to collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex internal expertise into high-authority thought leadership
Experience in leading internal communications and brand immersion to ensure the agency ethos is lived by every employee
Salary
Leeds - £65,000 - £80,000
London - £70,000 - £85,000
