
Business Development Representative
We're on the hunt for a highly motivated, self-starting individual to join the team as a Business Development Representative. This fully remote role offers unparalleled flexibility and the chance to work alongside a dynamic global team.
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), your job is to fuel the pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying growing eCommerce brands that would benefit from the fulfillment services. You’ll be the first point of contact in the sales cycle, researching and reaching out to brands, asking smart questions, qualifying their fit, and booking calls for the Account Executivesfd
Requirements
Identify and prospect high-growth eCommerce brands across categories like health & wellness, beauty, supplements, apparel and more
Execute daily outreach via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and social channels
Qualify prospects based on their size, volume, and fulfillment needs
Set up qualified meetings for our Account Executives
Track all activity and lead info accurately into CRM
Work closely with the sales team to refine pitch messaging, ICP targeting, and outreach sequences
Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and team huddles to stay sharp and accountable
Meet and exceed your monthly and quarterly targets
Benefits
Position: Business Development Representative
Salary Range: $1500 - $2000 USD base + OTE
PTO: 2 weeks PTO + 10 Holidays
Working Hours: US Time Zones (flexible)
Payment Frequency: Monthly
Type of Contract: Independent Contractor
