Summary of the Role:

Running Growth Operations at Maze, you'll be the systems architect and technical experimenter behind our revenue engine, building cutting-edge operational infrastructure that enables our marketing and sales teams to drive booked ARR at scale. Your Contribution:

• Build AI-Powered Revenue Infrastructure: Design and prototype intelligent CRM workflows, automated pipeline management, and AI-driven forecasting systems that optimize our path to booked ARR

• Create Growth Experimentation Engine: Build internal tools and prototypes that enable rapid testing of growth hypotheses, A/B experiments, and AI-assisted optimization across the entire revenue funnel

• Develop Internal Growth Tools: Prototype and build custom automation solutions, AI-powered lead scoring systems, and intelligent attribution tools that give us unfair advantages over competitors

• Drive Technical Marketing Innovation: Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive operations tasks, build predictive models for pipeline health, and create data-driven insights that guide strategic decisions

• Scale Through Automation: Build scalable, AI-enhanced processes for lead routing, territory optimization, deal analysis, and performance reporting that grow intelligently with the business

What You Need to Be Successful:

• Technical Revenue Operations: 3-5 years in sales/marketing/revenue operations with hands-on experience building systems and internal tools that drive measurable revenue impact

• Builder Mindset: Proficiency with CRM platforms, marketing automation, APIs, and ability to prototype and build custom internal solutions using modern tools and AI assistance

• Experimentation Expertise: Experience designing growth experiments, statistical analysis, and building testing frameworks that rapidly validate or invalidate growth hypotheses

• AI-Native Approach: Comfort leveraging AI tools to accelerate development, automate processes, and build intelligent systems that enhance human decision-making

• Nice to Haves:

  • Programming/scripting experience (Python, JavaScript, or similar)

  • B2B SaaS or cybersecurity industry experience

  • Experience building internal tools, dashboards, or automation workflows
