
Supply Chain and Fulfillment Operations Manager

About the Role
We’re looking for a Manager of Supply Chain & Fulfillment Operations to lead the non-medical logistics that support Noom’s healthcare programs. You’ll oversee packaging procurement, vendor relationships, and fulfillment operations—ensuring GLP-1 kits, diagnostic tools, and supplements are delivered reliably and cost-effectively. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where strategic planning meets operational execution. You’ll analyze data, manage partners, optimize inventory, and shape the systems that support Noom’s next phase of growth.
You Will
Own procurement of supplies, including sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, and identifying cost savings
Manage fulfillment performance across pharmacy and 3PL partners, ensuring SLA adherence and resolving issues quickly
Maintain accurate, SKU-level inventory visibility across locations and support end-of-month reconciliation
Forecast demand, manage replenishment cycles, and coordinate inventory transfers to meet order volume
Analyze large datasets to identify trends and improve inventory strategy using SQL, Python, and Excel
Support new launches by collaborating with Product and Clinical Ops to ensure operational readiness
Help evaluate and implement tools such as an Inventory Management System (IMS) or ERP-lite solution
About You

You Have
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or fulfillment—ideally in CPG, DTC health, or fast-scaling eCommerce
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel
Strong experience managing vendors, driving cost efficiency, and operating across structured and ambiguous environments
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Bonus: Experience working with regulated products such as supplements or pharmaceuticals

Base Salary
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $107,000–$145,000.
The range displayed on each job posting is based on Noom’s estimate as of the date of publication and reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position for US-based candidates. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including (but not limited to) relevant experience and training, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, role scope, and location. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.
