About the role

As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Revenue Systems Manager to join us. You will play a critical role in optimising our GTM (Go-To-Market) technology stack to drive sales success. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of our revenue systems, from Salesforce configuration and automation to overseeing a team of Salesforce experts and ensuring seamless integration across various marketing and sales tools.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage a team of Salesforce Administrator and Developer to ensure optimal configuration, customization, and automation of Salesforce.

  • Design and implement Salesforce workflows, processes, and automation to streamline the sales cycle.

  • Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with best practices.

  • Oversee the integration and functionality of all GTM tools including: Salesforce, CPQ, Groove, Marketo, ZoomInfo, DocuSign, DocSend, Planhat, Gong and others.

  • Identify opportunities to integrate and automate workflows across these tools.

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Finance, Customer Success and other teams to ensure alignment and effective utilisation of the tech stack, as well as developing and supporting training programmes for their teams.

  • Promote user adoption and provide ongoing support to ensure sales representatives leverage the tools effectively.

  • Monitor user activity and identify areas for improvement in user adoption.

  • Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for revenue operations, including sales cycle metrics, conversion rates, and deal velocity.

  • Partner with leadership to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Proven experience in managing Salesforce configuration and automation.

  • Experience integrating Salesforce with other marketing and sales tools (e.g., Marketo, ZoomInfo).

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and workflows.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to manage and motivate a team.

  • Proven track record of driving results through automation and process improvement.
