We're hiring a Strategic Partnerships Manager to support and grow relationships with local and regional media companies, with a core focus on driving AE adoption of our ad enablement software, improving sell-through, and generating incremental revenue through hands-on, in-market partnership.

You’ll work closely with our Director of Strategic Partnerships and serve as a day-to-day extension of our partners’ sales teams—supporting demos, trainings, and joint meetings that help media companies more effectively sell and scale our solutions.

This is a highly client-facing, execution-oriented role designed for someone who enjoys being in the field, working closely with partners, and driving outcomes through enablement and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Support local and regional media partners through in-market visits, demos, and trainings

  • Increase adoption of our platform and solutions among partner AEs

  • Participate in white-labeled partner meetings to support advertiser conversations

  • Identify expansion opportunities and support revenue growth across assigned markets

  • Collaborate with internal sales, account management, and operations teams

  • Capture partner feedback and market insights to inform internal teams

  • Increased AE adoption and usage of our solutions

  • Improved sell-through and revenue growth across supported markets

  • Quality and impact of in-market visits and partner engagements

Role Design & Scope

This role is designed to grow partner adoption and revenue through enablement, in-market presence, and hands-on support. Success comes from helping partners sell more effectively and expanding revenue within existing relationships, rather than operating as a traditional, quota-heavy closing role.

Basic Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of experience in local media, ad tech, partnerships, or sales enablement

  • Experience working with media companies, broadcasters, or local advertising teams

  • Comfortable in a travel-heavy, client-facing role

  • Confident in presenting, training, and demoing solutions

  • Collaborative, organized, and outcomes-focused

  • Highly sales-driven with the ability to coach, influence, and motivate AEs to adopt new tools and close more business
