We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee our sales team and drive revenue growth for our company. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales processes, reviewing the sales pipeline, coaching and leading the team. You will lead the team of four Account Executives and work closely with the Chief Customer Officer to create processes and set up objectives.
Job requirements
As a B2B SaaS Sales Manager, you will:
Provide guidance, training, and support that will help our Account Executives to develop their skills and improve sales performance,
Monitor and analyse the funnel and sales metrics to identify areas for improvement,
Manage and develop sales processes in order to grow results and find new opportunities,
Collaborate closely with the Customer Success Team to streamline hand-off and upselling,
Build a pipeline of opportunities from our inbound leads and cover the full sales cycle,
You are a perfect fit if you have the following:
At least one year of experience in a role responsible for leading and coaching account executives,
Strong coaching skills and the ability to create an effective coaching program,
Process thinking, attention to detail and the ability to analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities,
Deep understanding of CRM software (preferably Hubspot or Salesforce) and sales pipeline management techniques,
Strong track record of sales success for B2B SaaS products,
Experience in short sales cycles and working the US-based clients,
Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and sales techniques,
Proficiency in using English - native and near to native level.
