So we are looking an exceptional Strategic AE to join us and build our sales playbook as we build the rest.

The Overview

As our Founding Strategic Account Executive, you’ll fill a key role in acquiring new strategic level customers. This position reports directly to our CEO, Max (https://warmly.ai/max).

Warmly sees over 1,000+ new users a week on our free business card product. This acquisition engine and product-led growth lever has led us to you: the need for product-led sales. Have more leads than you could ever dream of strategically figure out how to get access to decision makers from our existing happy users. Leverage our unfair advantage: a relationship with 3,000 Zoom GTM employees with access to 500,000 of their paying customers. Our early pipeline has 50+ accounts with ACVs ranging from 15k-500k/year.

This role is not for the faint of heart, you'll need to define our sales playbook, build sales materials with our CEO, be super scrappy navigating enterprise sales cycles (security, IT, champions, decision makers and more), and learn how to sell via the new Zoom App Store.

Responsibilities

  • Build our sales playbook from the bottom up

  • Manage prospects from lead to close

  • Own and build relationships with our top partnership: 3,000 Zoom Sales & Customer Success employees

  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects

  • Cultivate lasting relationships with customers

  • Regularly iterate messaging that will scale our outbound prospecting engine

  • Identify new business leads that fit within ideal client profiles to market the company’s products and services

  • Promote the functional and “business value” of Warmly, with target stakeholders

  • Champion Warmly, to prospective clients at sales presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience preferably with a sales tech solution

  • Experience selling to Sales, Marketing and or Human Resources Leadership

  • Demonstrated experience navigating through a complex sales cycle and closing strategic business with a customer list that includes Fortune 1000 companies

  • Experience with Top Down selling

  • Comfortable leading technical presentation/demo and owning full customer lifecycle from prospect to close and growth

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experienced in selling transformation/visionary solutions, especially where there isn't an obvious budget (demand creation vs. fulfillment)

Compensation

💸 OTE: $160,000-$180,000
