📝 The Role

We are looking for a Content Manager with a strong focus on social media to help us shape and grow Indivd’s voice and visibility. You will work closely with leadership, product, and sales teams to create engaging content that communicates our value proposition and supports business growth.

This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow Indivd’s social media presence (primarily LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms)

• Create engaging content including posts, visuals, short videos, and campaigns

• Develop and execute social media content calendars

• Collaborate with leadership and product teams to translate technical topics into clear messaging

• Support employer branding and hiring campaigns

• Monitor performance and optimize content based on engagement metrics

• Stay up to date with social media trends and suggest new ideas

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in content management or social media roles

• Strong experience managing LinkedIn and B2B social media content

• Excellent written English communication skills

• Experience working with tech, SaaS, AI, or startup environments

• Ability to simplify technical topics into engaging content

• Self-driven and comfortable working remotely

Nice to Have

• Experience in AI, computer vision, or analytics products

• Experience with design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe, etc.)

• Experience with video content creation

• Startup or scale-up experience
