
Content Operations Manager

This role focuses on our internal marketing – helping us tell the story of LaunchBoom and why clients can trust our system and experts in their product launch.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Content Operations Manager to oversee the planning, production, publishing, and optimization of our content ecosystem (video, podcast, and blog).
This role ensures that all content timelines remain on track, assets are properly prepared, uploads are completed on time, and audience engagement across platforms is managed effectively.
You will work closely with the Creative Director to identify opportunities, resolve production bottlenecks, and continuously improve content performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Content Production & Publishing
Maintain and enforce content timelines with editors to ensure consistent weekly releases:
1 long-form video per week
1 podcast episode per week
1 blog post per week
Prepare all content assets for upload across platforms.
Write episode descriptions and create timestamps.
Generate and manage tracking links.
Create and manage links for live events and oversee recording logistics.
Ensure the content tracker is updated and all uploads are completed on schedule.
Stay aligned with the video editor’s timelines and report any friction or delays to the Creative Director
2. Podcast Editing
Edit podcast recordings within Riverside, including trimming, sequencing, and cleaning up audio/video as needed.
Download finalized audio/video files from Riverside and prepare them for final production.
Complete final edits in professional editing software (e.g., DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro), including:
Adding branded introductions and outros
Incorporating graphics, titles, and any required visual elements
Ensuring audio and visual quality meet brand standards
Export and upload finished podcast episodes to all required distribution platforms (audio and video), ensuring accurate titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and metadata.
Edit multiple short form clips for each podcast episode using Riverside
Maintain an organized library of podcast files and ensure all episodes are properly archived and accessible.
Continuously refine the editing and publishing workflow to improve efficiency, quality, and turnaround time.
3. Content Development & Strategy
Identify gaps or bottlenecks in the content schedule and communicate proactively.
Identify opportunities for:
New podcast topics
New long-form videos
Collaborations
Short-form content initiatives (in partnership with Creative Director)
Mock up content topics and draft video scripts.
Identify outdated content that requires refreshing or repurposing.
Use established scripts and style guides to produce blog posts.
Create thumbnails as needed.

Salary: $2,000 USD / month
