Associate Partnerships Manager

We’re seeking an Associate Partnerships Manager to support our global partnerships team. This role is ideal for a junior candidate (1-3 years of experience) eager to grow in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to one of our Senior Partnerships Managers, you’ll collaborate closely with partners and cross-functional teams to drive partnership growth, optimize processes, and unlock new revenue (and funding) opportunities. 

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Partner Enablement: Develop and maintain partner enablement materials and create engaging content for internal and external stakeholders.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central point for coordinating activities between the partnerships team and departments like revenue operations, marketing and product.

• Program Management: Actively identify, secure, and manage funding opportunities offered by partners, such as joint marketing budgets and credit programs (e.g., AWS deal registration initiatives).

• Documentation & Metrics Tracking: Maintain and create accurate project documentation, reports and dashboards, and be highly engaged with numbers and data.

• Partner Business Development: Over time - identify, engage, and qualify new partners and partner reps to boost awareness of Phrase.

What you need:

• We imagine you’ll have 1-3 years in a technology company, management consultancy or similar environment - however we are keen for applications from a variety of relevant backgrounds to apply. 

• Understanding of ChatGPT and enthusiasm for AI-powered productivity tools.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under time constraints.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal teams and partners. Building presentation skills are a plus.

• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and a keen interest in developing knowledge in localization and AI driven translation technologies.

• An analytical Mindset and comfortable working with data and metrics to optimize partnerships and measure success.

• This is a career development role—you’ll start in partner operations and grow into a partner management function over time
