We’re currently hiring across multiple segments in Sales at Thatch and we’re looking for AE’s with a range of skills and experience.
We’re looking for an extremely ambitious individual with high-energy and an ownership mindset who can navigate the fast-paced startup landscape and develop world-class sales processes. What you’ll do
Help enterprise companies navigate the complexities of healthcare benefits by delivering tailored solutions through an exceptional sales process
Relentlessly pursue excellence in your understanding of our product, our business, and the competitive landscape
Generate new ideas to create more pipeline, bring on more customers, and create the foundation of a repeatable sales process in the Enterprise segment
Collaborate with engineering, product, growth, implementation and customer success teams to drive results
Have an expert understanding of your pipeline - regularly reporting on metrics and forecasts
Background we're looking for
Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal
2-5+ years in a SaaS sales role with the demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets while improving processes around you
A continuous growth mindset, with a desire to work in an extremely fast-paced and results-oriented environment
High ownership to improve your craft the experience for prospects/customers and contribute to our goals as a company

Experience we’d be particularly excited about
An understanding of healthcare and/or benefits
Previous experience at a Series A B2B SaaS company
Success operating independently in a remote environment
Proven ability to sell through the channel
What to expect
We interview rigorously based on integrity, talent, and drive; the trust we display in our teammates from day 1 is a reflection of the confidence we have in this process. We aim to evaluate the things you’ll be doing every day as best we can, and we move quickly — the entire interview process is typically complete within 2 weeks. We will conduct the following interviews:
30 minute Zoom meeting to talk about Thatch, your background, and answer any questions about the role.
45 minute Zoom meeting to hear more about your experience and how you'd approach working in the role.
Three 30 minute zooms with additional Thatch teammates to access your skill sets.
Take home project to assess your functional expertise for the role you're applying for and a 30 minute meeting to review the assignment.
30 minute Zoom meeting with our founders to discuss your approach to culture and our operating principles.
Final 30 minute call to answer any outstanding questions.
